How can I schedule my exam?
A representative from VuePoint will be calling you to schedule your exam, or you may call VuePoint directly to request an appointment: 833-440-0960. Our patient schedulers are available to receive or return calls between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CT Monday – Friday.

No. Your health plan partnered with VuePoint Diagnostics to provide you with a safe and convenient way for you to complete your exam in the comfort of your own home, at no cost to you.
How can I complete my annual diabetic eye exam?
VuePoint Diagnostics provides access to this sight-saving exam right in the comfort of your own home. We will schedule a time convenient for you and bring a specialized camera to take pictures of the back of your eyes. The exam typically takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
How can I complete my preventive bone density exam?
VuePoint Diagnostics provides access to this screening right in the comfort of your own home. VuePoint will schedule a time convenient for you. The technician will use a small mobile device to measure the density of bone in your wrist or finger. The screening typically takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

Why am I asked for my date of birth and other information?
VuePoint will ask you to confirm your identity by asking you to provide 3 things unique to you that are matched against the information the health plan provided when arranging for this service for you. Without this validation, our colleagues are not able to discuss any health-related topics.
How do I know this is a real service?
It is smart for you to ask this question. First, your health plan has provided us with your information and directed us to reach out. When speaking with our team, your identity will be validated but you will never be asked for information such as your social security number, banking information, or any other details other than confirming 3 things unique to you. Additionally, you may call your health plan at the number on your card and ask them to confirm that VuePoint Diagnostics is a vendor providing health screening services for Medicare Advantage Members.
